CHR Citadelle Hospital signs multi-year contract with QTracer

QTracer is pleased to announce that Centre Hospitalier Régional De La Citadelle has signed a multi-year contract with QTracer. Under this contract , QTracer will provide Compliance and Accreditation Management software and services to support the hospital through their quality improvement and Joint Commision International (JCI) accreditation journey.
CHR Citadellle is the first French speaking hospital to operate with QTracer’s French software interface. The entire JCI accreditation program has been converted to the French language. Surveyors can switch from French to English and vice versa at any time during the evaluation process, while interface language and content language always match.
With QTracer, compliance reports and analysis results are generated automatically in a central dashboard. This will save CHR Citadelle a lot of time and money in registering compliance insights and in reporting and sharing improvement data.
