William Sommer
Founder QTracer
William is the founder of QTracer and responsible for the daily management. He deals mainly with all commercial and financial worries. He is also a consultant in the field of quality improvement and performs independent audits (quick scans) in hospitals and other sectors.

Dr. Yasser Nawara , MD, DHHM, CHSM, SSYB, CPHQ
Vice President of International Service - MENA
Dr. Yasser Nawara is the Vice President of International Service - Middle East and North Africa. Prior to joining QTracer, he was the head of Quality, Patient Safety, and Accreditation at Alzahra Hospital Dubai, and Burjeel Hospital Abu Dhabi-UAE.
Yasser is a graduate of Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University and a Certified Health Care Systems Manager. He has directed four statewide New York HHC Health and Home care programs: House calls telehealth Care Management, Behavioral Health, Maternal Child Health, and the Ryan White (HIV). He has provided professional support, project management, and consulting services for health care organizations in the MENA region, including As-Salam International Hospital, The Specialized Medical Centers, Suez Hospital - Health Insurance Organization (HIO), Neurospine Hospital, King Fahd Medical City, Aldar Hospital Medina-KSA, and SGH-Medina-KSA.

Bas is a great developer and passionate about all things which got to do with .NET framework (C #) and web-related technologies, but above all he has a passion for a perfect end result. He takes care for both internal and external projects. Bas is mainly responsible for the development, expansion and maintenance of the software.
Remco Sommer
Business content and marketing
Remco bears resposibility to oversee the creation of the business content and all marketing materials.
Remco is an architect based inTilburg The Netherlands. He created Remco Sommer Architect B.V. to fulfill his lifelong dream, to influence positive change for people needing built work to serve their business or family needs. He is a licensed architect with 5 years experience on a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Remco received his Masters in Architecture from Delft University of Technology in 2012. Remco has extensive experience in Belgium with many completed projects.
Software Support and Services
Software Engineer
We are looking for a freelancer for the complete independent execution of software installations and updates - remote and on-premises - and maintenance server environments for development and test environments. You are willing and have the ability to acquire knowledge about the software application quickly and independently.
Required knowledge: ASP.NET, windows web server (IIS), Active Directory, SQL server databases, database migration. Experience with ICT infrastructure of hospitals, experience with the implementation of new tools at customers.

Bas de Vries is Sr. Advisor Quality and Patient Safety at University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht). He is an expert in Quality and Safety improvement in healthcare by consulting and training: using video for engaging professionals in reflective practice improvement, change management, human factors (engineering), crew resource management, root cause analyses, risk analyses and safety culture.
